Portobello Gravy heat for 10-15 minutes.

Mashed Potatoes Small: Bake in preheated 300° oven 
Spinach Artichoke Bake for 30 minutes covered. 
Carrots & Parsnips  Remove lid, turn oven to 350°
Winter Vegetables   and continue cooking for 
Squash Casserole 10 minutes uncovered.

Sweet Potato Souffle

 

Large: Bake in preheated 300° oven for 45 minutes covered.
Green Bean Bake Remove lid, turn oven to 350°
   and continue cooking for 
Sweet Potato Au Gratin  10 - 15 minutes uncovered.
   
   
   
   
Potatoes Au Gratin Cook as above, topping with 
  cheese when removing lid
Dressing / Stuffing Directions
**Instructions are for 3 or more lbs.  For under 3 lbs., cut time in half
     
Sage Dressings Bake in preheated 300° oven 
Cornbread Dressings for 30 minutes covered. 
   Remove lid, turn oven to 350°
    and continue cooking for 
  10 - 15 minutes uncovered.
Meats Directions
Whole Turkey Heat in preheated 250 ° oven for 2 hours covered and
 

20 - 30 minutes uncovered.

 

Ham Heat in preheated 350 ° oven for 
  45 minutes - 1 hour covered and 
 

15 minutes uncovered.

 

 

Turkey Breast Bring turkey broth to a boil on stovetop, pour over turkey,
  recover with foil and cook 
  at 300° for the following times: 
Whole Breast   15 - 20 minutes
Half Breast  

10 - 15 minutes

 

 

Beef Tenderloin Heat wrapped in foil in preheated 
  350° oven for the following times: 
Medium Rare   25 - 30 minutes
Medium    35 - 40 minutes
Desserts Directions
Cobbler Bake in preheated 300° oven 
  for 30 minutes covered. 
   Remove lid, turn oven to 350°
    and continue cooking for 
 

15 minutes uncovered.

 

Apple Pie Bake in preheated 300° oven 
  for 30 minutes.

   Remove lid, top with cheese and onions and
   continue cooking for 30 minutes uncovered.
     
Quiche Bake in preheated 300° oven for 30 minutes.
